The Kinko Bay Tidings is an English-language newsletter published by the Kagoshima International Citizens Society, an organization sponsored by Kagoshima City Hall. It includes information on local history, culture, events and other fun facts. Hard copies are sent out to current and former foreign residents of the city, sister cities and other interested partners.
