MOVING
If you plan to move you should inform your landlord at least one month in advance to ensure prompt settlement of any outstanding debts or refunds. When you do move, remember the following:
1. Revision of your foreign resident registration card.
Notify the Citizens’ Registration Division of City Hall within 14 days of moving.
2. Revision of your National Health Insurance Card.
Notify the National Health Insurance Division of City Hall within 14 days of moving.
3. Revision of National Pension
Notify the National Pension Division of City Hall within 14 days of moving.
4. Cancellation of Utilities services
Gas, water and electricity - see respective sections
5. Transfer of telephone
Inform your international and domestic companies 10 days before leaving.
6. Mail (See Postal Services)
7. Drivers license/ vehicle registration
Make sure to change the address on your license and vehicle registration.
8. Transferring Schools
When relocating within the city limits contact the City Board of Education for a school close to your new location.
